Dr. Wesam Al-Hassasnah is a psychosocial training specialist at Queen Rania Teacher Academy. He is a member of the Jordanian Association of Psychology. He holds a doctorate and master`s degree in psychological counseling from the University of Jordan in the theme of conflict management, reducing violence. Dr. Wesam also obtained a Diploma in ICT Education from Yarmouk University. He worked as a training Specialist for psychosocial support within the project of Cultivating Inclusive and Supportive Learning Environment (CISLE) in public schools. He also works on preparing, developing and delivering training workshops in many psychological and educational subjects especially in behavior modification and APA. Dr. Al-Hassasnah has participated in presenting many training workshops in the Teachers` Skills Forum, entitled Crisis Management in the School Environment, Dealing with Stress and Caring for Gifted Students. He has worked as an educational counselor in public schools for more than 11 years. He has also published several research papers concerning violence and aggression. In his dissertations he is interested in subjects like; decreasing violence and aggressive behavior in the schools, anger management, conflict management and the development of Students` psychological resilience.
