Dr. Sana’a AlRiyahi is A Program Lead and Leadership specialist trainer at Queen Rania Teacher Academy. In these capacities, Sana’a is responsible for leading the Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma supported by the leadership and QRTA team. She has designed and led many workshops in pedagogies and Instructional leadership at QRTA and abroad. She has 20 years of experience in Education, she had worked as a school principal and science teacher in MoE. In 2006, she was awarded the “Queen Rania award for distinguished teachers”. In 2007, she participated in a Fellowship Program in the USA supported by Washington University and she became the coordinator of the program in 2018. She had worked for two years in Queen Rania Award as a technical Coordinator improving the criteria of teacher`s and Principal`s Awards. She has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with honor from the University of Jordan. She has published educational research papers in teaching science.
