Aysha Ghalib Asa’d, hold’s a master`s degree from the College of Education in Giftedness and Creativity, Al-Balqa Applied University in 2004 and a bachelor`s degree from M’utah University in 2002. A Teacher Educator at Queen Rania Teacher Academy for 3 years and a developer of educational content within the (TEPD) program - Online-. She also worked at the same institution as a Material development Advisor, in Reading and Mathematics initiative project (RAMP) for another three years. An educational supervisor at the Ministry of Education from 2008-2015, she also worked as a Early Grades teacher between 2002-2007, and as a teacher for gifted and talented students in the pioneers centers of the Ministry of Education during the period 2007-2011. My experiences varied between curriculum development, educational content and Teacher Training, Holds TOT cirtificat in many titles in Education. as I participated for more than a year during my supervisory work in developing and judging the Early years curriculum at the Ministry of Education, and also participated in developing the kindergarten curriculum for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2013. She worked as a consultant at USAID to arbitrate the Kindergarten Curriculum for the MoE curriculum . I wrote 7 books, all in the field of values, and training programs for parents and educators to train in this field. I have been working in the field of volunteer work for more than 12 years, as part of educational projects with various charities, for example: the educational empowerment project to raise students` achievement efficiency in camps and poor places (Tamkeen), and this project was nominated for the (necklace) award at the level of the Arab world last year. Umrah project for the poor, the needy and the elderly people for more than 7 years. And many development projects through which we empower needy families. She believes in empowering the teacher and providing them with continuous learning opportunities to achieve an inspiring educational environment for the student in order to contribute to the development of society
