The training program aims to build participants capacities in the basic principles that enable them to apply effective teaching strategies in a safe classroom environment that fosters a supportive, communicative, and cooperative culture where all students actively learn. It also supports participants in integrating technology effectively to deepen students’ knowledge and develop their skills. In addition, participants’ planning skills will be developed to ensure the achievement of learning goals.
This training program has been developed to meet educators’ needs in the educational field since most of them have academic expertise specialized in various topics without having previous experience in pedagogy. This program supports those educators by deepening their pedagogical knowledge and equipping them with practical teaching practices. Therefore, the Queen Rania Teacher Academy introduces the Practical Applications of Teaching Principles Program to provide foundational courses for participants in the principles of effective teaching and its applications
