DESCRIPTION
This course provides educators with a foundational introduction to understanding and implementing inclusive education within the school environment. Through interactive modules and content, participants will explore the meaning of inclusion, the legal frameworks and national policies that support it, and a set of practical inclusive strategies. The course also addresses the role of a growth mindset in fostering inclusive practices that enhance all students’ participation and sense of belonging.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Deepen participants’ understanding of the importance of having an inclusive and safe learning environment for all students within the school community, in alignment with international frameworks, national laws, and policies.
- Equip participants with strategies to build a safe learning environment for all students and foster a growth mindset for themselves and their students within the school community.
