Design thinking is a systematic approach to problem solving. Where, it focuses on prototyping solutions evaluating the prototypes and learn from errors/mistakes made. This process is much applicable in effective learning, where students and teachers are engaged in solving real-life problems, starting from empathy phase to formulating a clear understanding of the problems. Data acquired by empathy stage is used to brainstorm solutions, prototyping and then testing where there might be a chance to re-start the cycle.

Design thinking encourages cooperative work among students and their teachers to formulate a problem of practice, which can be expressed on the form of a question, solutions are always a great opportunities to promote higher order thinking skills, and advocacy to decide on One solution.
