Since technology is continuously changing at a high pace, it has become an emerging and essential part of our lives. There is an urgency nowadays to adapt and utilise modern technology in all life aspects to align and cope with the technological revolution. 

 

Though some still face challenges integrating technology in their work, we designed this course to accommodate users’ needs by showing how to use smart devices and gadgets for more effective and productive work quality. 

 

This course addresses the fundamentals of account management, how to connect to the internet and communicate effectively with individuals via email and video conferencing applications, as well as the use of content-building applications such as documents, presentations, spreadsheets and means of remote collaboration
