DESCRIPTION

The course will focus on the role of the (PLC) in analyzing students' achievement data from multiple data sources including Common Formative Assessments (CFAs), where teachers meet to analyze and interpret results to identify problems related to students’ learning. In addition, they meet to conduct reflective discussions to identify areas of improvement and appropriate instructional strategies to improve their performance, as well as to identify performance indicators of the achieved desired outcomes. During the course, the Common Formative Assessment will be defined as a source of students' performance data. Moreover, the participants will apply the data team’ action steps using real achievement data.
